Thanks for testing. It seems Tease interrupts all actions but the energy steal only occurs on an interruption of a skill.

Really only one test still has to be done: the same 3 foes attacking you, 2 foes using a skill at the same time, you Teasing one of them, all 3 getting interrupted, you getting energy from the 2 using a skill. If, in that situation, you are only getting energy from the foe you are casting one, then Tease is definitely broken.

For now, I think the description should say: "If target foe is using a skill, that foe and all foes in the area are interrupted and you steal 0...4 Energy from each interrupted foe using a skill."

This last bold part need to be tested though.

I've seen a Guild Battle on Observer mode and a mesmer using tease gained twice the +4 energy so i guess he had interrupted two skills at the same time... So it works, (but i don't have a screen to prove that) only say i've just observed that it works as its description, but it's really conditionnal...

It's bloody raining outside so I can't go for a jog (well a walk really since I sprained my ankle a few days ago so I need to take things easy ... but anyway ...) - so I figured I might as well play with this a bit.

This is me interrupting just the first guy:

Also this is interesting:

If you watch carefully - you'll see I stole 4 points of energy in all other pictures. In this one - only 3.
My guess - the guys only had 3 points of energy left. Which means they were completely e-denied.
(Just something off-topic for those that refuse to believe that foes in PvE can be e-denied ...

So it only steals energy from secondary targets if they're using a skill too? Yawn, give me back longer skill recharges. Thank you for testing this out so thoroughly - it's always nice to know when your profession's elite is useless

BTW it took me way too damn long to figure out what the +2 energy shots kept coming from

Thanks for testing this. Since I don't want a skill hunter title, I'm NEVER getting this piece of crap. Energy burn ftw...
